Therefore <br />the City must require removal of the Deck or submission of a variance application to see if the <br />City Council will allow it to remain. Please review the enclosed variance applicaticn and contact <br />tltc Zoning Department to discuss submittals. If the deck is not removed or if a co.T.plete <br />variance application is not received by 08/18/01, legal action will be started.
