f* <br />CITY OF ORONO <br />SPECIAL EVENT PERMIT <br />The following conditions have been placed on the Minnetonka Power Squadron District event: <br />This special event permit is subject to immediate revocation by the Orono Police <br />Department upon violation of any City Ordinances, alcohol violations, or <br />identification of hazards to safety of the public. <br />Coordinate event parking with the Orono Police Department. If parking will take <br />place in Orono, all vehicles must be legally parked; illegally parked vehicles maybe <br />towed. <br />Live music to be allowed from 7:00 p.m. until 11:00 p.m. <br />Portable outhouses must be provided to allow for up to 300 people. <br />No sales or service of alcohol will be allowed without the necessary licenses (i.e. <br />caterer's permit with liquor license or temporary one-day permit). Service of alcohol <br />to be allowed between the hours of 2:00 p.m. and 11 :00 p.m. (Shuttle service will be <br />provided to the hotel so there will be no need for driving aOer the event.) <br />Any food vendor or caterer must have valid Hennepin County Health Department <br />and/or Minnesota State food service license. The license must be displayed and <br />visible to the public. <br />At least 2 months prior to the event, notice must be given to all property owners on <br />Big Island regarding the event activities, hours, live music, and a contact name and <br />phone number for any questions or concerns regarding this event. <br />Activities should take place on the Minnetonka Power Squadron property; access to <br />other parts of the island should be restricted. <br />Weather alert radio should be available at all times to monitor weather activity. <br />Notify the Lake Minnetonka Conservation District and Hennepin County Sheriffs <br />Water Patrol of the planned event and activities. <br />The Police Department will notify North Ambulance and First Responders to be <br />aware of the event in the scheduling of ambulance service. <br />Cleanup aAer the event to include removal of all garbage and portable outhouses. <br />2750 Kelley Parkway, P.O.
