My staff has prepared an equipment list that is needed to make the Station and <br />apparatus ready for duty. <br />My staff has sent information and specification to four vendors for pricing. This insures <br />that we enjoy the benefit of competitive pricing for our business. I have attached the <br />results firom the vendor pricing with recommendations of the best price for the best <br />product. <br />This equipment is a one-time purchase and is needed to make any new facility ready for <br />operation. My staff feels that the pricing presented to you represents a very favorable <br />value for the equipment requested. These items are what is required to be carried on Fire <br />Apparatus according to industry standards. We will need approval to order these to <br />assure adequate time for delivery. <br />I will be available to answer any questions you may have. <br />■r
