You were notified at that time that the deck replacement was in violation of <br />the City Ordinances. The City required removal of the deck or submission of a variance <br />appUcation to seek city Council approval. As of this date the issue remams unresolved <br />Therefore the City must again require you to remove the deck or to submit a variance <br />application. A deadUoe of 5/21/03 has been established.
