State law provides that Cities shall make decisions on zoning requests <br />within 60 days from the date of submittal of a complete application, and that this review penod may <br />be e.xtendcd by notification to the applicant. Your application was considered as complete on August <br />26, 2003 and the 60-day review period would end on October 26, 2003. However, because the earliest <br />potential date of final Council action falls after the 60-day period ends, the 60-day review period is <br />hereby extended an additional 60 days to December 24, 2003. <br />If you desire certified copies of the official Planning Commission minutes, they are available <br />from the City Recorder after review and approval by the Planning Commission.
