An average lakeshore setback variance in order to change the roof line and pilch <br />of the roof, improve the design aesthetically, and add dormers. <br />2. Lake setback variance in order to change the roof line and add a dormer to the <br />portion of the home within 75 ’ of the lake. <br />3. Hardcover variance in order to reduce the amount of hardcover w ithin the 75 ’- <br />250 ’ zone. _____________________________________________ <br />Staff Recommendation: Planning department staff recommends ihe following <br />1. Approval of the average lakeshore setback variance. <br />2. Approval of the lake setback variance as lequested. <br />3. Approval of the hardcover variance. <br />4. Removal of all plastic and fabric landscape liner in planting beds. <br />Hardship: This home and most of the property is located entirely within the average <br />lakeshore setback. The existing home is located approximately 1 foot within 73' of the <br />OWHL ____________________________________________ <br />Pertinent Zoning Ordinance Sections <br />Sec. 78-281.
