Hardcover variance for the 75-250’ zone to allow 37.6% hardcover when 25% is <br />normally allowed and 50.5% currently exists. <br />2. Hardcover variance for the 250-500’ zone to allow 42.7% hardcover when 30% is <br />normally allowed and 55% currently exists. <br />3. Denial of the proposal due to the increases in structural coverage beyond what is <br />allowed by Ordinance. No unique hardship has been presented which would justif}' <br />expanding the current home ’s footprint, given alternatives for an addition exist. <br />Background <br />This application was originally scheduled to be heard at the September 22,2003 City Council <br />meeting. The applicant requested that the application be tabled to allow time to meet with staff to <br />discuss other options.
