(M3.2929 <br />Snitcnbcr 11,2003 <br />PaftS <br />Stair RccommcBdation <br />If the Planning Commission finds that the criteria for ^>provaI of the Plumbing in Accessoiy <br />Structure CUP are substantially met, then a recommendation for approval would be appropriate <br />subject to the following conditions; <br />1 . The property owner must agree to the filing of a covenant in the title of the property <br />providing that: <br />2. <br />the accessoiy building will not be used for a home occupation unless <br />specifically approved by City or if allowed by City code. <br />the accessory building will not be used as a dwelling unless a guest house <br />CUP is obtained. <br />c.the accessory building will not be rented, leased or otherwise provided fiar <br />use as a dwelling under any circumstances. <br />d.the accessory building shall not be fitted with the following fixtures: <br />(kitchen sink) (range) (refrigerator); and installation of such fixtures in the <br />future shall be considered a violation of this covenant which the city may <br />enforce. <br />Applicant shall remove the excess driveway hardcover prior to the footing inspection for <br />the proposed accessory building. <br />’tlRV -j ' <br />i
