Gen Olson when I faxed her, <br />at her request, a copy of our letter to the MnDOT Commissioner yesterday. 1 have heard <br />nothing ^m her since. <br />I*d appreciate your expediting this memo ft the fax cover to all Long Lake & Orono <br />Council members ASAP so that everyone continues to be up to speed on developments as <br />they occur. <br />To that end, I believe the objectives stated in the attached meet the need Ken expressed at <br />our meeting last Thursday night. They are simple ft to the point I believe all of us should <br />consider them as “our message** whenever anyone asks. <br />Further, l*d suggest you quickly continue to extend the chronology dial is in the <br />Commissioner letter to include all that has happened since our last meeting with the <br />contractor ft MnDOT. Especially important is the documentation of the events that led up <br />to & the meeting that occuitcd yesterday (Friday, Oct. 3'^.
