The applicants were directed to have a <br />certified engineer inspect the condition of the bank as to whether or not the deck is <br />reinforcing the retaining wall. The applicants shall submit their engineer’s finding for <br />review by the City’s engineer prior to placement on the next City Council agenda. A <br />separate resolution will be drafted for this variance request following a decision by the <br />City Council. <br />Variance approval is limited to the extent shown on approved plan and as noted in the <br />approval resolution. Changes in approved plans are subject to further review by the City. <br />Variance approval expires one year after date of approval.
