Direct staff to draft a denial resolution denying a hardcover variance for the 0-75 ’ zone <br />which would require the deck be removed. <br />2. Direct staff to draft a resolution approving the hardcover variance for the 0-75 ’ zone which <br />would allow the deck to remain, or <br />3.
