It was determined that neither neighbor will suffer view impacts. <br />Do the proposed hardcover removals suffice, or should applicant be required to remove an <br />additional^3 s.fofdriveway or other hardcover to meet die 1995 iqrproval level? Staff still <br />recommends that the hardcover be reduced to the 1995 approved levels before issuance of <br />permits for new construction on this property. <br />3. Does Plaiming Commission have any other issues or concerns with this plication? <br />Staff Reconunendatioa <br />1.Staff recommends approval of the enclosure of the screen porch per the revised plan over a <br />portion of existing 1" story deck. <br />2.Staff reconunends approval of the front entry addition over the portion of the front porch per <br />the revised plan. <br />3.Staff recommends that in addition to the 225 s.f. of hardcover removals proposed, that an <br />additional 103 s.f of hardcover be removed to reduce the site to the 4,910 s.f. limit of the <br />1995 approval.
