The applicant is also proposing to repair a <br />landslide where a failed 8' retaining wall existed approximately 16' to 20' from the <br />OHWL and to stabilize a 2:1 slope with an erosion control blanket and plant material. <br />DATE OF MEETING: September 15,2003 <br />PlaDoing Commission recommended as follows; <br />Approval of the proposal as submitted w ith the follow ing conditions: <br />1. Retaining wall must not exceed 4' in height, and the hillside must be maintained <br />at a slope no greater than 2:1. <br />2. Plant material must be installed lakeward of the retaining wall to screen views of <br />the wall from the lake. <br />3. One tree, in addition to the maple indicated on the landscape plan, is to be added <br />to the lake yard.
