Gappa <br />Title Director of Public Services <br />Administrator Reviewed:Agenda Section: <br />Public Service Director’s Report <br />Item Description: Adopt Revised Assessmein North Arm Lane Paving Project- Resolution <br />The assessment for this project was previously adopted on March 24,2003 before the project <br />construction was completed in order to ensure there would not be any assessment appeals before <br />project construction was completed. The proposed assessment is $2,400 per property for the <br />seven properties that have driveway access on North Arm Lane. The assessment is for a 10-year <br />time period at an interest rate of 6.25%. <br />The project construction has now been completed and the assessment needs to be readopted to <br />start the 30-day time period for prepayment of the assessment with no interest, and to start the <br />interest from this date forward. <br />COUNCIL ACTION REQUESTED <br />Motion to approve resolution adopting the assessment for the North Arm Lane Paving Project. <br />Miiii i
