This pressure sewer system <br />extension serves two properties at the end of Heritage Drive. The Council previously approved a <br />$14,400 sewer connection fee for this project, and also approved the option for the property owners <br />to be assessed for the sewer connection fee at an interest rate of 6.25% for a fiReen-year time period. <br />The property owners at 1 955 Heritage Drive signed an assessment waiver form and have requested <br />to be assessed for the project connection fee based on the terms approved by the Council. <br />The staff recommendation is for approval of the resolution to assess the $14,400 sewer connection <br />fee for 1955 Heritage Drive at a 6.25% interest rate for a fifteen-year time period. <br />COUNCIL ACTION REQUESTED
