MN 55384 <br />6I2-75I-2006 <br />Location of Event: <br />Type of Event: <br />4535 North Shore Drive <br />2003 Fall Parade of Homes <br />The following documents are required and on file at the City Administrative Offices: <br />• Approval from Orono Police Department <br />• Approval from Orono Building and Zoning Deportment <br />• Parking plan <br />The following conditions have been placed on this event: <br />• This special event permit is subject to immediate revocation by the Orono Police Department <br />upon violation of any City Ordinances or identifrcation of hazards to safety of the public. <br />• Noti freation of this special event is to be provided to the residents from Park Drive on County <br />Road 19 to north of Tonkaview Lane on County Road 1 9 and Tonkaview Lane, including the <br />time of operation, dates, and name and phone number of a responsible party (live person, not <br />’•oice mail) who can resolve any issues which arise at the time of the special ev ent. <br />• Both sides of North Shore Drive/County Road 19 must be posted “No Parking.” Any cars <br />parked on North Shore Drive/County Road 19 are subject to being tagged and towed. <br />• Event paiking to take place on adjacent lot with space for 15 -20 cars. <br />• Approval from Hennepin County Department of Transportation for use of the lot for <br />parking and location of the entrance/exit. <br />• Approval from the City of Orono for grading^erosion control and placement of <br />gravel. Gravel to be removed at the end of the event. <br />• A full-time traffic control person to be on site during event hours. <br />• if it is determined that the parking plan for the adjacent lot is not workable, an <br />alternate plan to use a shuttle service is required. <br />• All signs to be removed at the end of the event. <br />• General cleanup of the entire area to take place each day of the event. <br />Approved at City Council meeting on: September 8.2003 <br />(City Seal) <br />Ronald J.
