His retirement will be effective September 30,2003. A copy of his letter of resignation is <br />attached. Jack's dedication, friendliness, and ready smile will be truly missed. <br />The process of selecting a replacement is well underway, with interviews to be scheduled in the next <br />week. <br />COUNCIL ACTION REQUESTED: <br />Motion to accept the resignation for retirement of Jack Brinkhaus effective September 30,2003. <br />.... ^ . <br />I
