These <br />hearings are held in late November or early December. Because the hearings cannot <br />conflict among the various taxing jurisdictions, there are only a small number of potential <br />dates available to the City. The dates are shown on the attached calendar. It is <br />recommended that the initial hearing be set for 5:30 p.m. on Monday, December I, and <br />tlie continuation or subsequent hearing be scheduled for 7:00 p.m. on Monday, <br />December 8. <br />COUNCIL ACTION REQUESTED: <br />Motion to set the Truth in Taxation Initial Hearing for 5:30 p.m., Monday, December 1, <br />and the Continuation or Subsequent Hearing for 7:00 p.m., Monday, December 8, with <br />both hearings to be held in the Council Chambers. <br />‘■y~\i <? ^ <br />S* <br />1 <br />f4 <br />fj <br />i
