IN)3*2919 90Myiilcwood Road <br />August 21,2003 <br />Rage 2 <br />Planohig Commission Recommendation <br />Planning Commission reviewed this request at their August 18 meeting and on a vote of 5-0 <br />recommended as follows: <br />1.Approval of setback variance to allow the new 996 s.f accessory building to be located 23.1' <br />from the side street lot line where a SO* setback is normally required. <br />Penial of an Oversize Accessory Structure variance to allow the attachment of the new' 996 <br />s.f building to the existing 848 s.f. garage via a 165 s.f. greenhouse which would yield a 2009 <br />s.f. accessory structure on a lot of less than 2 acres in area where no oversiie accessory <br />structures are normally allowed. <br />Approval of a variance to allow the proposed 900 s.f. pool to be located 15' (rather than the <br />1 O' setback proposed) from the side street lot line where a 50' setback would normally be <br />required. <br />4.Applicant to establish and maintain year-round vegetative screening along the south boundary <br />to reduce the visual impact of the proposed pool and building. <br />1
