(29.4%) to 535.3 s.f. <br />(14.8%) where no hardcover is allowed, by reducing deck steps and concrete slab <br />areas. <br />b) Hardcover in 75-250' zone will be reduced from 2257.1 s.f (51.9%) to 1961.38 <br />s.f.
