It has come to staffs attention that the City has <br />not formally approved the proposed private road names, although we believe Council has seen <br />the names on the site plan submitted earlier. <br />The proposed private road names include “Stone Bay Drive”, “Bridgewater Drive”, “Cascade <br />Lane”, “Cascade Circle”, “Boulder Drive”, “Sandstone Lane ”, and “Sandstone Circle”. Staff has <br />reviewed these names with the Police Department and the names have been verified to not match <br />road names within nearby municipalities. Addresses have been assigned by staff for Phase 1 of <br />the development per Exhibit B, based on the City ’s standard street numbering grid. <br />The road names are in keeping w ith the “Stonebay ” theme, and staff finds them acceptable. <br />STAFF RECOMMENDATION <br />Approval of the private road names for the plat of Stonebay as proposed. <br />COUNCIL ACTION REQUESTED <br />Motion to approve the names for private roads within the plat of Stonebay as presented. <br />% .
