TTie hard cover in zone 2 from the lake was there <br />when they bought the property. <br />The MacDonald’s try to keep they property in good condition, with landscaping, hedges, <br />flowers, lawns. The driveways, sidewalks, etc. are the minimal to met the needs of a property of <br />this value. To make changes in hardcover would impact the landscape design th.it was developed <br />for this property, causing an undo hardship to the use and look of the property and the <br />MacDonald family.
