A conditional use permit to allow a non-rental guest apartment above the existing <br />attached garage. <br />3. A variance to allow a separate water meter for the new plumbing in the new detached <br />garage/entertainment room and the new plumbing above the existing attached garage. <br />4. Hardcover variance to allow 35% hardcover in the 75-250’ zone to continue with the <br />additional hardcover being added in the 250-500’ zone. <br />Staff Recommendation: Staff recommendations: <br />1. Approval of a \ ariance to allow a separate water meter because the eonditions of the <br />existing water ser\ ices would require the house to be torn down to be able to add the <br />proposed plumbing using the existing meter. <br />4.
