An accessory <br />building on a thn igh lot requires a conditional u.se permit. The purpose of the <br />conditional use permit in this instance is to assure minimal visual impact on neighboring <br />properties and views from the road. <br />1. The proposed accessory structure would meet all other standards for this district. <br />Staff Recommendation: Staff recommendation: Planning Department Staff <br />recommends approval of the requested variance and conditional use permit provided the <br />following conditions are met: <br />1. Vegetative screen and privacy fence along Bohn ’s Point Rd are to be maintained. <br />2. Density of the vegetation on the lot be kept such that the visual impact from <br />County Rd 51 be minimized. <br />3.
