Because our home has a tuck under garage and a number of steps to get to the
main liWng area, it has become very difficult for our handicapped family member to get
into the home. The only location for this elevator is in the existing garage, which is
directly below our laundry room. We will be sacrificing most of our laundry room and
part of the garage to do this, thus the need for the new garage. The new garage is directly
in front of the existing one. We are not adding to the hardcover of the property since this
area is already a paved driveway, but aaer talking to the city planner it was determined
that we need to go through this variance procedure.
Respectfully Submitted by;
Jeff Ripley
'V-
1
\
\
1
ArchJuctural Daign Custom Homis
• *;
•*
Renovacton
•:vi
i
