The application includes: <br />1. The property is 100’ wide and 0.75 acre where the lot width and area minimums <br />_____are 140’ and 1 acre respectively. <br />Sta/f Recommendation: Staff recommendations: <br />Approval of the variances as requested due to the following: <br />1. The home will meet all of the required setbacks. <br />2. The property will meet the allowed 25% maximum hardcover in the 75’-250’ <br />zone at 24.9%. <br />3. The structural coverage will be below the limit of 15% at 12%. <br />4.
