A wetland setback variance to allov’ a wetland setback of 5’ on the east side of the <br />private drive when a 26’setback is nonnally required. <br />2. A wetland setback variance to allow a wetland setback of 12’ on the west side of the <br />private drive when a 26’ setback is nomially required. <br />Staff Recommendation: Staff recommendations: <br />1.
