A wetland setback variance to allow a wetland setback of 5' on the cast side of the private <br />drive when a 26’ setback is normally required. <br />2. A wetland setback variance to all v a wetland setback of 12 ’ on the west side of the <br />private drive when a 26’ setback is normally required. <br />Planning Commission Recommendation <br />Approval consistent with staff ’s recommendation. <br />Staff recommended: <br />1 .
