Only minimal grade changes are proposed. <br />The footprint of the church will remain a.« before. The existing parking and hardsurface <br />areas will remain at the same square footage or be slightly reduced overall. There is <br />no apparent specific need for new stonnwater management facilities. <br />3.The church should be advised to contact the Minnehaha Creek Watershed District to <br />determine if an erosion control permit will be required. <br />4. <br />5. <br />Signage is not proposed to change at this time. <br />Docs Planning Commission have any other issues or concerns with this application? <br />Staff Recommcudation <br />Staff recommends approval of a conditional use permit for continued church use of the site at 865 <br />North Femdale Road. Planning Commission should provide direction on any issues which should <br />be addressed relative to the use and the site plan.
