Tom Kellogg has not had an opportunity to review it as <br />of this writing. The plan indicates the creation of a swale along the north lot line. Part of this swale <br />is under the proposed garage overhang. On paper, this would ^pear to move the drainage along the <br />lot line as desired; staff and the City Engineer will have to inspect the site to determine if the <br />drainage plan is feasible. <br />Staffhas had no contact with the neighboring property owners regarding their review of the plans. <br />Staff Reconmiendation <br />The plans provided raise enough new questions that staffhas not drafted a resolution for Council <br />consideration. Rather, staff requests that Council address the new encroachment by the roof system, <br />and if no hardship is presented to support the encroachment, the plan should be rejected. <br />Additionally, the applicants should be asked to provide an elevation view of the north side, and <br />should provide new hardcover calculations to show that the approved levels have been met. <br />COUNCIL ACTION REQUESTED <br />Address the revised plans, especially the new encroachment of the roof system. Provide direction <br />to applicant and staff as to whether this encroachment is acceptable. If so, direct staff to draft a <br />resolution for your next meeting. If not, direct applicant to revise plans for further review. <br />I-.
