Planning Commission indicated that the wetland delineation must <br />be completed to determine the wetland boundary, and all grading, fill, structures, etc. will have <br />to meet the 26' setback. Retaining walls at the east side of the driveway loop which meet the <br />26* wetland setback and are within the property boundaries likely will not be required to meet <br />the normal 5* lot line setback. <br />VOTE: 6 FOR 0 AGAINST <br />You are scheduled to meet with Mike Gaffron at the City offices on Monday, June 23 at 3:30 <br />p.m. to review your application. <br />Applicant's next scheduled meeting is confirmed as: <br />Planning Commission - Monday, July 21, 2003; meeting starts at 6:00 p.m. <br />If you desire certified copies of the official Planning Commission minutes, they are available <br />from the City Recorder after review and approval by the Planning Commission. State law provides that Cities shall make decisions on <br />zoning requests within 60 days from the date of application, and that this review period may <br />be extended by notification to the applicant. Your application was received on May 23, 2003 <br />and the 60-day review period would end on July 22, 2003. However, because your application <br />was tabled by the Planning Commission to the July 21 meeting, the earliest potential date of <br />final Council action falls after the 60-day period ends. Therefore, the 60-day^ review period <br />is hereby extended an additional 60 days to September 20, 2003. <br />I
