The Planning Commissioi: found no viable hardship and held the <br />applicant to Resolution #4645 (approved April, 2001) which put limits on the property. <br />Staff Recommendation <br />Denial of the request. <br />COUNCIL ACTION REQUESTED <br />Uphold the Planning Commission’s recommendation. Direct staff to draft a resolution based on <br />Council action, for adoption at the August 11 meeting. , <br />!
