The variances include: <br />1. A side yard setback variance to allow a setback of 18.8* where 30 ’ is required (18.8’ <br />currently exists). <br />2. A front yard setback variance to allow a setback of 36.8 ’ at the house and 39 ’ at the <br />garage where 50’ is required (36.8 ’ and 39 ’ currently exists). <br />Staff Recommendation: Staff recommends: <br />1. Approval of the side yard setback variance to allow an encroachment of 11.2’. <br />2.
