The variances include: <br />1. 105’ encroachment on the average lakeshore setback. <br />Planning Commission Recommendation <br />On July 21,2003 the Planning Commission voted 6-0 to recommend approval of the average <br />lakeshore setback variance subject to the applicant providing plans for final building permit approval <br />that meet all other City standards for new' construction in the LR-Bl zoning district. The deck <br />addition shall follow' the existing foundation lines of the home and not get closer to the lake than the <br />existing deck. <br />Staff Recommendation <br />Approval per the attached Resolution. <br />COUNCIL ACTION REQUESTED <br />Adopt the attached Resolution granting an average lakeshore setback variance for I3Q0 Vine Place.
