MINUTES OF THE <br />ORONO PLANNING COMMISSION MEETING <br />Monday, June 16,2003 <br />6:00 o’clock p.m. <br />Bremer reiterated that the City Attorney made a mling, the permits had already been <br />approved, and the structure was placed back on its original foundation which allowed it to <br />keep its legal nonconforming status according to the City Attorney. <br />PLANNING COMMISSION COMMENTS <br />(#9) REPORT OF PLANNING COMMISSION REPRESENTATIVES <br />ATTENDING COUNCIL MEETINGS OF MAY 27 AND JUNE 9,2003 <br />Hawn reported that the Planning items of May 27 were on the City Council’s consent <br />agenda. <br />While most of the applications were on consent, Mabusth reported that the Council denied <br />the Toth application and approved the Bastiean application. <br />(#10) OTHER ITEMS FOR DISCUSSION <br />There were no other issues. <br />(#11) PLANNING COMMISSION APPROVAL OF MINUTES FOR MAY 16,2003 <br />Hawn moved, Zugschwert seconded, approving the Minutes of the April 21, 2003, <br />Planning Commission Meeting as presented.
