GlTYofORONO <br />RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL <br />• NO. 3001________ <br />1. Hardcover In the 75-250' zone shall not exceed the <br />normal 25% limit. In the 0-75* zone, applicants shall <br />remove all plastic sheeting hardcover placed by a previous <br />1/ occupant of the property, however, the existing retaining I, <br />walls in the 0-75' zone may remain in place. No further <br />approval is required for plastic removal and replacement‘s^ <br />2. No other variances are granted with this approval. <br />3. Authorities granted by this resolution run with the <br />property not with the applicants, but are permissive only <br />and must be exercised by application for a building permit <br />within one year of the date of Council approval, or this <br />variance will expire on that date (August 12, 1992). <br />4. Violation of or non-compliance with any of the terms and <br />conditions of this variance shall constitute a violation of <br />the zoning code, shall automatically terminate any authority <br />granted herein, and shall be punishable as a misdemeanor. <br />5.
