A <br />denial resolution was drafted for adoption on July 14 if the withdrawal had not been forthcoming, <br />due to pending expiration of the formal 60/120 day review period on July 24. However, a formal <br />withdrawal statement signed by the owner of Ravia, Amir Marafie, was received by fax on July 8 <br />and is attached as Exhibit C. Therefore, no further action need be taken and this application is <br />considered as formally withdrawn. <br />COUNCIL ACTION REQUESTED <br />No fonnal action is required. <br />■)S <br />•mit J
