Such a resolution is attached for council review and <br />adoption. <br />The Notice of Council Action (Exhibit B) documents the process used to quantify the magnitude of <br />the 75-250' hardcover variance. The result is that the 75-250' zone would 'expand' from 9,190 s.f. <br />to 11,160 s. f. and the 25% 75-250' hardcover allotment would grow from 2,298 s.f. to 2,790 s.f.
