Olson, Vice President/Toumament Director <br />Sportsmen Bassmasters <br />10219 Zenith Lane <br />Bloomington, MN 55431 <br />Phone:952-832-0836 <br />Location of Event: Maxwell Bay Public Access <br />Type of Event:Minnesota Bass Federation Club Tournament - approximately 15 boats with <br />weigh-in at Maxwell Bay ramp at 3:00 p.m. <br />The following documents are required and on file at the City Administrative Oflices: <br />• Approval from Orono Police Department <br />• Approval from Orono Building and Zoning Department <br />The following conditions have been placed on this event: <br />• This special event permit is subject to immediate revocation by the Orono Police <br />Department upon violation of any City Ordinances or identification of hazards to <br />safety of the public. <br />• This permit is subject to approval of this event, if required, by the DNR, Lake <br />Minnetonka Conservation District and Hennepin County Sheriffs Water Patrol. <br />• Participants must follow the rules and regulations posted by the DNR at the Maxwell <br />Bay Public Access, including no use of alcoholic beverages. <br />• Cleanup of tournament related items and debris after the tournament such as signs, <br />garbage, etc. <br />• Sound system shall be regulated so as not to disturb nearby residential properties. <br />Approved at City Council meeting on: July 14,2003 <br />(City Seal) <br />Ronald J.
