Per a Cooperative Agreement between the City of Orono and Hennepin County, the City <br />is responsible for 50% of the Right of Way acquisition costs and a prorated share of the costs for <br />several other items including design and construction engineering, traffic control, concrete curb and <br />gutter, and project mobilization. <br />These costs are eligible for reimbursement from the City's Municipal State Aid funds. We will apply <br />for reimbursement of these funds after payment to Hennepin County is made. <br />COUNCIL ACTION REQUESTED: <br />Motion to approve request for final payment of $12,097.95 to Hennepin County for the County <br />Road 6 Reconstruction Project. <br />:v, <br />%
