This pressure sewer system <br />extension serves two properties at the end of Heritage Drive. The Council previously approved a <br />$ 14,400 sewer connection fee for this project, and also approved the option for the property owners <br />to be assessed for the sewer connection fee at an interest rate of 6.25% for a fifteen-year time period. <br />The property owners at 1980 Heritage Drive have requested to be assessed for the project connection <br />fee l^d on the terms approved by the Council. <br />The staff recommendation is for approval of the resolution to assess the $14,400 sewer coiuiection <br />fee for 1980 Heritage Drive at a 6.25% interest rate for a fifteen-year time period. <br />COUNCIL ACTION REQUESTED <br />Motion to approve the resolution adopting the assessment roll for the Heritage Drive Sanitary Sewer <br />project. <br />_. - ~ 11 11 n
