e>^2- <br />1. The proposed project appears to impact floodplain areas of Lake <br />Minnetonlu as well as riparian wetlands. In accordance with MCWD Rule <br />C, there can be no net decrease of flood storage capacity for the lake. <br />Impacts should be quantified by volume and mitigated between the Ordinary <br />High Water level and the 100-year floodplain. <br />Rule D: Wetland Protection <br />2. A delineation of each basin and delineation report must be submitted <br />3. Filling and excavation activities are guided by the Wetland Conservation <br />Act. Any impacts must be assessed in accordance with the Wetland <br />Conservation Act 8420.0S 10-0520 <br />4. Buffers must be included in accordance with MCWD Rule D guidelines. <br />Wetland buffers range between 16.S' to 35* and are proportional to the size <br />of the wetland basin. Assess the size of the wetland and desigruite buffers <br />adjacent to all wetland boundaries on the property. <br />As MCWD reviews upcoming submittals, staff may find the need to request <br />additioiuil information, and will so inform you.
