Conditional Uses <br />A. Within any "I" District, no structure or land shall be used for one or more <br />of the following uses except by conditional use permit: <br />1. Accessory structures. <br />2 . Farm equipment sales, repair and storage. <br />3. Heliports as an accessory use for that property. <br />4. Motor fuel stations. <br />5. Open sales lots. <br />6. Outside storage. <br />7. Public service structures. <br />8. Railroad switch yards, team tracks or fivight houses. <br />9. Research laboratories. <br />10. Residence necessary for security and safety in relation to a <br />permitted use or conditional use. <br />1 1 . Restaurants (Class I) which are located in and mainly servicing <br />the persoimel employed in that structure. <br />12.
