However, the City would support such <br />an access if the applicants arc able to obtain it, and the City would want to discuss the potential for <br />establishment of easements through the WJM property to serve adjacent industrial pa^ parcels. <br />Staff Recommendation <br />Staff recommends iq)proval of the CUP for the private motor fuel station and the amendments to the <br />commercial site plan for facade changes and the access to the east, subject to the following <br />conditions: <br />1.The proposed fuel system shall meet all pertinent standards of Section 9.34, and shall meet <br />all pertinent Fire Code requirements. <br />2. Applicants shall agree to work with the City in establishing easements as necessary to access <br />adjacent properties if ^>plicants arc able to gain access via the proposed easterly corridor. <br />Hanning Commission Options for Action <br />1.
