Planning <br />Commission voted 5-0 to recommend approval of the fuel system, facade renovation and easterly <br />access, subject to the staff recommendation. <br />Staff Recommendation <br />Staff recommends approval of the CUP for the private motor fuel station and the amendments to the <br />commercial site plan for facade changes and the access to the east, subject to the following <br />conditions: <br />1.The proposed fuel system shall meet all pertinent standards of Orono Municipal Code Section <br />9.34, and shall meet all pertinent Fire Code requirements. <br />2.Applicants shall agree to work with the City in establishing easements as necessary to access <br />adjacent properties if applicants are able to gain access via the proposed easterly corridor. <br />COUNCIL ACTION REQUESTED <br />Adopt or amend the attached resolution.
