The existing deck within the 0-75* setback zone requires structural repairs and will <br />not be permitted to be replaced once it has been removed; and <br />2. Prior to City Council review, the following must be submitted for review by City <br />staff: <br />a. A detailed plan and profile design, including sections on either side of the <br />stairway and profile showing how plantings will screen the hardcover from the <br />lakeside. Plans should include existing structures, lot lines, proposed and <br />existing contours, location of boulder walls, etc.; <br />b. Calculations of the necessary amount of excavation and fill for the project; <br />and <br />c. A detailed erosion and sediment control plan. <br />Applicant's next scheduled meeting is confirmed as: <br />City Council meeting on Monday, June 9,2003 at 7 PM. Please submit the requested plans to <br />City staff no later than Monday, June 2,2003 for review. <br />If you desire certified copies of the official Planning Commission minutes, they are available from <br />the City Recorder after review and approval by the Planning Commission.
