§ 10.45 <br />3. Accessory buildings shall be architecturally compatible with <br />principal structures. Accessory structures for trash and trash handling equipment shall be <br />constructed of the same building material as the principal structure and be readily served through <br />swinging doors. <br />4. All rooftop or ground mounted mechanical equipment and exterior <br />trash and recycling storage areas shall be fully enclosed or screened so as to not be visible with <br />materials compatible with the principal structure. <br />5.
