This application is at the PUD general concept <br />plan/preliminary plat stage, which requires review and approval of the proposed site plan. The PUD <br />process allows appropriate requirements to be imposed by the City to protect adjacent residential <br />areas from the potential impacts of a proposed commercial/office development, as w ell as anhance <br />the quality of such development.
