It is the sole responsibility of the <br />Contractor to determine the need for and to <br />procure additional insurance which may be <br />needed in connection with this contract. <br />Copies of insurance policies will be <br />submitted to the County upon written <br />request. <br />The Contractor will not commence work until <br />the Contractor has obtained required <br />insurance and filed with the County a <br />properly executed cuid accepteUDle Certificate <br />of Insurance which clearly evidences all <br />required insurance coverages. The <br />certificate will name Hennepin County as <br />certificate holder, and will also name <br />Hennepin County as additional insureds for <br />the Commercial General Liability coverage <br />with respect to operations covered under the <br />Contract. The certificate should also show <br />that Hennepin County will receive 30 days' <br />prior %nritten notice in the event of <br />cancellation, nonrenewa], or material change <br />in any described policies. <br />85011R <br />-11-
