Affordable Housing Grani/Loan Fund: <br />Professional services <br />Affordable housing loans ______ <br />Total amendments $ 75.400 <br />The budget amendments are for closing services and loans. <br />$ 5,400 <br />70.000 <br />Other Funds <br />2001 Senior Housing TIF Construction Fund: The City has incurred certain costs <br />related to sewer relocation and landscaping. These costs are to be reimbursed through <br />future tax collections. At this time an advance of $8,000 is required fiom the General <br />Fund to elimiruite the negative cash balance of the construction fond. <br />COUNCIL ACTION REQUESTED: <br />1.) Approval of the 2002 budget amendments for the General and Special Revenue <br />Funds as presented, effective December 31,2002. <br />2.) Approval of the carryover of $10,500 from the 2002 police department budget to the <br />2003 police department budget to fund capital related items as presented in the December <br />9,2002 Council agenda. <br />3.)
